We had a furnace at a rental that failed on a Friday during the January cold snap. Andrew replied to my call on the weekend, analyzed the problem over the phone, and ordered the part that was likely to have failed so he could install it Monday morning.On Monday morning it was installed and fixed the problem, but unfortunately the old furnace had excessive carbon monoxide output and had to be replaced. He scheduled a replacement furnace install for the next day. After that new furnace was installed, it was not putting out enough heat to bring the units up to a comfortable temperature.
