I didn’t hear the service man introduce himself. He did not remove his footwear upon entering my home. Otherwise, Balal was courteous and I am presuming, did his job inspecting the furnace and A/C.
I chose Rick Menard for my Carrier furnace, electronic air filter, HRV and humidification upgrades five years ago. Their initial installation was professionally done and the subsequent annual inspections and one warranty electronic air filter replacement all were done well. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant and professional. Maxime provided great installation and annual service over the past few years. On Aug 21, 2024, Thomas and Eric replaced our gas hot water tank - excellent results. They took extra care to not mark the stairwell walls that had been recently repainted - it was a bulky, heavy tank that had to be lifted manually & carefully out of the basement.
Excellent communication from the moment we discovered the issue, and professional and friendly service throughout the entire process. Great working with Bilal and his colleagues who were very respectful of our home. Rick Menard Heating and Cooling - highly recommended!
