I am writing to express my utmost satisfaction with the services provided by Terry at Renu Spa. Over the past two years, I have had the pleasure of being a client of Terry, and each visit has been nothing short of exceptional.
As a construction worker, I often experience muscle aches and tension from long hours of physical labor. Terry's expertise and knowledge in massage therapy have been instrumental in alleviating my muscle soreness and promoting relaxation. I am continually impressed by Terry's dedication to finding new and innovative ways to enhance the well-being of each client.
I went with a friend for one of the spa packages at Renu and had a wonderful experience. From walking into the spa to the massage and mani/pedi experiences, everyone was so warm and welcoming. In hindsight, I'm sad I didn't ask anyone's name to shout them out specifically, but seeing the interactions between other staff and clients, it's obvious the whole team cares about the trade they're in.
10/10 have already verbally recommended and will be back again!
