It is what it is for the most part. Staff are nice and the place is clean, which is about all you can ask for at this price point.The clientele on the other hand leaves something to be desired. People rarely clean equipment, film in the changeroom, groups of teens horsing around. And the body odour of certain members is beyond horrific.

Thank you planet fitness to make me feel at home in most city i visit in north america..always respectable and respectful employées.i only wish that you put a couple of planet fitness in quebec (that would prevent me from having to get a membership at econofitness only for quebec and a membership to planet fitness for every where else) and that we could secure our stuff in the shower without it getting wet or stolen.(kind of a door )

I’ve been going to this gym for the past year now and I have very few complaints.I go at 5:30am so it’s never busy when I’m working out which is great, it’s very clean and you regularly see the staff cleaning the gym also. The staff are very polite and friendly.One thing that I believe should be changed is the amount of treadmills and ellipticals. There are way to many which not even half are getting out to use. I’ve also gone at peak times like 4:30pm-5:30pm and still they’re fairly empty for the amount of people in the gym. Replacing some of the treadmills and elliptical for new weight equipment would be more ideal since those’s are what most people go...read full review
