Awesome staff... Great customers... Friendly and holding onto cute dogs! I had mine with me today and we went to get her a new collar tag from the cool machine as her other one is worn. Tyler was really helpful and went above and beyond. Prices are what they are but lots of clearance areas. Store was clean and inviting if not really bright inside! No kitties today but l saw lots of fish, birds, guinea pigs... I just love adding an outing like this with my dog after our hike. Sunday is her day!

Fresher update: new fish arrives every Tuesday :) Today we bought here our very first fish tank and all the necessary accessories. The consultants were so patient with me and our kids, professionally handling a downpour of our beginner-fish tank-owners questions :) we are grateful. :) thank you, and see you soon: we are coming back soon for more stuff :) update: the staff is really knowledgeable, we had an issue with fish tank, and we have received so much help and advice, our aquarium was saved :) we came back 2 months later and bought a hamster :) and we plan on coming back for more little friends. Grateful.

Great selection, and appreciate the ability to order ahead for pickup. Never any issues with the store side of PetSmart. Would happily give 4/5 stars for this side of things.
For the services side, I feel a two star is fair. When the services were rendered, they were normally fine/good. However, two incidents changed our perspective. On the grooming side and the doggy daycare we had issues with our dog being "red flagged" as aggressive. Kimo is a super kind, friendly dog, and if anything is too friendly (not always quick to recognize signals to back off when another dog needs or wants space).
