I came here a month ago (on a Monday) to get my kitties nail trimmed (because they're pretty difficult when I try to do it myself). The staff at the pet salon were super nice and did a wonderful job at it. They even explained to me the steps of nail trimming. I highly recommend. The prices are reasonable too!!! I have been going to petsmart grooming salon in orleans for 13 years with my dog Cayman. This evening I had the most excellent experience of all and I wanted to take the time to say thank you!!!! They have be excellent with my dog. A special thank you to Niko and Christopher for their sincere care and commitment to my dog. Great job!!

Just like all the other PetSmart's. It's hard to find some things as the store feels like it's been flipped upside down. Pellets of product sitting in the middle of the aisle. Sometimes it is hard to find a staff employee to ask basic questions. It feels like they run on short staff.
