I shop at this store and I have been a volunteer with Eastern Ontario Cats which was previously a charity of Petsmart. Recently there has been a lot of disturbing information that has transpired about how the founder of Eastern Ontario Cats runs the rescue and the health of some of the cats. I can say from experience that the store has very rigid rules when it comes to the rescue and they care about the health of the cats. I am not sure of the details but as soon as there were red flags the partnership with Eastern Ontario Cats was terminated by Petsmart. The staff at BPS are always courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. They always take the time to answer my questions or help me find an item. One thing I like very much is how BPS partners with charity cat rescues. This partnership gives cats and kittens much needed exposure for them to get adopted. Love your store!

My daughter bought betta tank but was too small after setup so they were kind enough to exchange it for a bigger one. Katie was super helpful as well as Louise great staff! I had to go back because there was missing a piece to the tank and I went in and they were super helpful again.
