“I am wanting to right a wrong even though this business is no longer servicing the totality of the city.Without a double I had a bad final experience, but that can't take away from the many years of laughter, fun, friendships, learning experiences and the list goes on.I throughly enjoy almost everyday getting up and going to work, which is not easy most of the time.The owner Rebecca is a kind hearted, passionate go getter. Loyalty was both on our sides which provided a happy and safe workplace. It wasn't roses and dark chocolate everyday..... but the majority was (even though business had to get done also) positive and healthy experience.It saddens me that part is over and business is gone. “I can't overstate how grateful I am to Dayna and her team (especially Genevieve). We had a whole string of crises starting with a major storm and power/internet/backup generator outage during a short trip away. Genevieve handled it all with grace and Dayna reached out personally when the person who came to fix our generator left the door open and one of the cats was missing. Thankfully, it turned out the escapee was just under the bed, and everything was fine. We're so grateful to be able to leave our cats in the capable care of Dayna and her team.“

“My cat is SO soft, if you're reading this, you need to go here. They're amazing. Prices are fantastic, service is suberb.My cat is a bit of a problem, most groomers can't even clip her nails without a fuss. Even brushing her can be a problem - and she's a really fluffy one. She's like a child that won't eat her vegetables.A few months ago, we brought her in with some matting that neither we, nor other groomers, could get. This amazing woman had it done in 10 minutes. I couldn't believe it. She grabbed her legs, shaved her tum and butt - my cat was health, happy, and had no matts before she even knew what had happened. Not a chance to protest, done in a jiffy.Yesterday, we took Missy in for a full de-shedding and a nail clip - and she did it perfectly. My cat is super happy - despite being the usual problem child during the grooming.I am absolutely floored. Not a single other groomer has been able to wrangle my problem cat - she's a sweet girl, but she gets really defensive, even when we're doing what's she needs to be healthy.I love the owners personality, I love how she's able to wrangle my problem child and get it done, despite the protests - because at the end of the day, my cat is happier than she has ever been, and her coat is as soft as ever.Thank you so much, your service is excellent.“
