“The location in Stittsville is so much better than Ottawa Main street. Lots of parking. We had back to back appointments for our 2 Shelties. Karen is a lovely person. Greeted the dogs like they were hers. When completed she texted us that first dog was done... we delivered 2nd. Note she only does one dog per hour appointment. Both dog's teeth's are amazing! She sends before and after photos of their teeth. Highly recommend this business, can say enough positive comments.“

“Everything you need for your cats and dogs. Very limited aquarium supplies. My main gripe with this place, is they never answer the phone. They've got adds all over the radio, begging for patronage, and then ignore prospective customers.“

“We take our nervous small dog several times annually and she does very well here. The groomers are kind and knowledgeable and take their time with her. We get the full service, teeth, bath, paw care, nails, etc. Highly recommend Kelsey. We can book and pay online so it's really seamless!“

“I had a wonderful experience at this location, and with the groomer Keden. Our pup came home looking absolutely fabulous, with a coat so shiny and soft, it was like they'd just stepped out of a commercial. Add to that the fact that Keden himself is just such a friendly and informative person. The other staff were great too, and the whole experience was an absolute joy. I can honestly say, without hesitation, that I would give 11 stars out of 5 if I could. A must-visit for any pet parent!“

“Awesome staff... Great customers... Friendly and holding onto cute dogs! I had mine with me today and we went to get her a new collar tag from the cool machine as her other one is worn. Tyler was really helpful and went above and beyond. Prices are what they are but lots of clearance areas. Store was clean and inviting if not really bright inside! No kitties today but l saw lots of fish, birds, guinea pigs... I just love adding an outing like this with my dog after our hike. Sunday is her day!“
