Pricing options for my new faucet and sink were explained well, prior to installation, and technician was courteous and polite while answering all my questions. Overall a great experience. Would definitely use again for service work, and future renovations. The dispatch team was also very flexible and patient with me while fitting me in for an installation job. Thanks again!

Our old toilet wouldn’t stop running and the turn off valve was broken. I called PenTech and Sam came within the hour. He had everything needed to replace the toilet and fix the valve. I don’t have words to describe how amazing and professional people are at Pentech. Sam was our guy who helped us install our dishwasher. He was above and beyond not only in his professionalism but was really well educated, knowledgeable and an individual with good work ethic. He told us exactly what needed to be done and his rates were very reasonable. I wish more people can be like him. I am extremely happy and satisfied with his work.
