Amazing service especially Omar I'm the service department he's very professional and very attentive , I had a family emergency out of town and he was very understanding and agreed to keep me posted on my truck and assured me family comes first so for that Omar you get 5 stars !!!!!! A1 service guys 10 outta 10 I highly recommend anyone to seek service for a vehicle threw them!!!
An amazing experience dealing with Charles in the service department of Ottawa Dodge. He truly is an awesome service rep and highly recommend dealing with him. Very courteous and keeps us informed of work on our truck. We were really appreciative of the quick and amazing service received. We will continue servicing our vehicle at Ottawa Dodge!
