Five stars are definitely not enough to characterize Mike, his team and the dedication to ensuring the system is what is needed, what is desired and is running with absolute minimum downtime. In initial calls with Mike there was no sales pressure, more of a finding out what I was looking for and how he and his team could help achieve a cost effective, reliable and robust system to meet my needs.
