Our water heater stopped working last week. After reaching out to Ottawa Home Services, Kevin came Thursday afternoon to provide us with replacement options. We accepted one estimate that evening and the next morning we had the new tankless system installed, thanks to a cancellation from another client. Kevin was helpful, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Stephane and Ben installed the new water heater. They did an amazing job. They were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We are very satisfied with the service we received.

As always, Niko arrived on time, did a thorough job of maintenance on my furnace, gas fireplace, and air conditioner, and was friendly. He clearly explained how he had changed some settings to make my house cool more effectively and told me about some maintenance I will need next year. I was impressed to see how he measures air temperatures in the in and out air flows!
