Excellent service from Timbob. He was so calm and professional, and did a great job on top of that.
My daughter faints when she's getting a needle/shot, and not only did his demeanour prevent her from fainting when he pierced her ears, but she didn't even feel ill! I also liked that he talked directly to her from the start, respecting her as a person, instead of just talking to me, the parent. I was definitely included, but my daughter's comfort and consent were the priority.

My daughter had her nose pierced there yesterday by Tim and it was a wonderful experience. He was so friendly and welcoming and made her feel at ease. Also super knowledgeable and walked her through everything step by step. Clean, professional, quiet room. 100% would recommend to anyone getting a piercing to come here :) She’s already planning for her next one. Thanks Tim!
