If you are looking for a one-stop and worry-free service, I highly recommend this company. Todd is very experienced and professional. My tenants of two separate properties called me that they had rodents problems up in the attic. Trevor came on time , did an inspection and put the poison bait for the first one with a guaranteed result for 6 months (waiting period of 2 weeks excluded). The price was very fair. We then went together to the 2nd property. He climbed to the top of the roof at this snowy & icy season and found out that was a squirrel nest built at the edge of the balcony porch roof. He cleared all the twigs of the nest, walked around the roof to make sure there was no other issues. He also explained to my tenant what had happened. For all these, he didn't charge a penny.
