The service at J&D Auto-Tech is simply impeccable, I had a brake problem that prevented my car from moving properly, Denis took care of me immediately even though my visit was not planned, they came to pick up the car from in front of my house, as I didn't feel comfortable driving it with my baby on board, and as agreed, after few hours they called to inform me that the car is ready.
I can't thank Denis and Serge enough for their kindness and excellent work. It was my first experience with them and it certainly won't be my last :), I highly recommend them!
Trustworthy!
The mechanics at J & D Auto go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. They are trustworthy, efficient and provide detailed information about the work they are going to do on my car and the cost.
They are very flexible. They were even willing to still do my tire change later on the same day even though they couldn't find the lug nuts in my car that I left them in the early morning. When I arrived later in the afternoon to pick up the car, I showed them the location of the nuts in the trunk, they went ahead and did the tire change immediately. No complaints, no guilt trip, no lecture. They could've just shrugged their shoulders, said that they'd have to do the tire change at a later date and blame me for not telling them where the lug nuts were when I dropped off the car, but they didn't.
