I had and oopsie with my phone and accidentally stepped on my phone with my skate blade. I thought I’d have to wait a few days before getting my phone fixed but then my boy Muhammad came in with the heroics. That same day I went to Mobilinq and left the phone with him for 30 minutes and went shopping in the mall, I came back and the man the myth the legend Muhammad was already there waiting for me. He gave me my phone back looking good as new. Very reasonable price aswell at 120$. Amazing service and good quality would definitely recommend if you have an oopsie with your smart device and are in the Ottawa east-end. Thanks Muhammad I salute you.

My daughter needed a new battery for her phone. They were able to order the battery immediately and were clear on when it would arrive and what the process was. They replaced the battery for a reasonable price. My daughter then experienced some problems with the battery. The Mobilinq staff were able to test the phone for free, and confirmed everything was working well. Great friendly service.
