Exceeded my expectations in every single way on Pixel 6 screen repair, charged 1/6th of other place because of mobile discount and had OEM parts in stock. I will never use any other place. Even gave a tip at the end as I was so satisfied.
Treat you like a criminal at first, examine every detail of your phone, I there is a tiny scratch they will refuse to fix under warranty. Once you get past that and they deem it worthy, you can expect quality work.
Had a great experience here recently. Went in to get a screen repaired and left having saved literally hundreds of dollars on a new phone plan for my family. (with the repair thrown in for free) Yes, I got upsold, but Noufel and the other gentleman working there were great to deal with, answering all my questions and concerns without any high pressure sales tactics. I know they've benefited from this as well (through the commission they get), but this was (I think) a win-win for everyone. Will happily recommend to others.
