I booked an appointment online while in the US for a condo cleaning that I want to rent out. The experience with Merry Maids was truly merry from the start to the end. The manager called me while still in the US and explained in detail what to expect. Upon arrival in Ottawa they sent me reminders. the day of appointment they sent me a link to track how far my crew was so I can be at the apt to open up. Mr. Doxa who came to clean was very neat and cordial, respectful and very diligent. He was very detailed and thorough. He went an extra mile to make sure my home was spotless inclding cupboard cleaning. I highly recommend this company without hesitation.

i have been working for Merry Maids for almost 20 enjoyable years. During this time the work has been both challenging and rewarding. Many of my customers have been appreciative of my work and nice to meet. Due to the physical nature of the work the job has kept me busy and fit. The owner and office staff are professional, friendly and helpful.
