My experience was very different than many of the reviews who said the customer service wasn’t good. I went in nervous as I had read reviews. The woman at the till on January 26th around 530 pm was lovely. She helped me colour match an extension I had, gave me some helpful suggestions about hair and made me feel welcome in the store. The amount of stock was much more and way more varied than I had expected. It is clear they want to fill every customers needs. I would definitely return.
