Staff super friendly and welcoming. Came for newborn passport photos since no one else would do them. Price is extremely fair, $24.99 for one photo and will do any redos if you have a rejection letter from Service Canada. I gave 4/5 stars mainly because the first photo taken was not great and I knew it was going to be rejected based on the white cast and unsymetical coloring of the photo, but the person refused to redo them unless a report was given. So I had to make the entire trip to Service Canada and have them review it. It was rejected immediately so I got the letter and came back to retake the photo. Second photo was passable. We could not recommend Magenta studios and our photographer Karrie more! We came in for family photos and she made us feel super welcome and comfortable for the shoot. Our only regret is that we didn’t bring our dog Reggie as Karrie is a professional pet photographer as well! Very affordable option for those looking to get professional pictures done with amazing service!
We had a very lovely experience with the studio. Karrie the photographer was very wonderful, professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend this studio anytime for everyone who is seeking for a great photo shoot experience.
