10/10! Blindly trusted Loan with Louis Vuitton jeans worth nearly $3,000. She did a phenomenal job and was so proud to show me her incredible precision when aligning the pattern with the hem to match how the garment is sold (and rightfully so, she nailed it.) She was so sweet and professional, and understands the value of luxury brands without having to say a word. I had requested my scrap material which she gladly provided, and the alterations were exactly what I had asked for. I hesitantly dripped off my jeans on a very busy Saturday afternoon, and they were ready to be picked up at lunchtime on Tuesday. My husband and I recently used Lynn’s Tailoring to alter a dress and taper and hem dress pants for a friend’s wedding. The quality of the work and the customer service, especially by Loan, is truly something special. Loan made us both feel like our favourite aunty was helping us. She really took care to make sure all the measurements were perfect and the alterations she made really elevated our look. Our clothes were ready the very next day! Loan is very sweet, very fast, and very very skilled. Highly recommend!!
