Happy with my help today on my purchase but definitely seeing a pattern of the prices being higher at the checkout than in the aisles. Today it was only $2 over 5 pieces of wood so didn’t bother saying anything. But it’s happened before. They are quick enough to fix it, but it really shouldn’t be up to me to catch that kind of thing.

Some of the best customer service. Brandon was fantastic in sourcing and ordering specialty materials for our renovation.It's not just the service though, the combination of a VIP discount along with the fact that a majority of the building materials at this location are from recognized brands far better than other big box stores.Short of shopping at individual suppliers for each category of the building process, you'd be hard pressed to surpass the supplied materials.The only thought for improvement would be an online inventory to quickly locate the products throughout the store if one wasn't already familiar with the layout.
