Needed help finding something in aisle 82 (which happened to be in the garden section). After a quick lap around the store, I was able to find someone who took me out to the garden center and straight to the item in question.

Had a wonderful experience at Rona today. I was looking for a new lamp and received all the information I needed to make a decision. He was very knowledgeable. Got the lamp, put it together and it works beautifully. Very impressed with the store.

Huge thank you to the female staff member at the customer service desk this afternoon. I needed a receipt from July 2023 for the warranty on a defective purchase. I was given the run around by the staff at the location I purchased it as well as the Canada-wide support for the past month and head office. Telling me they didn’t have access to the old system due to the change to RONA.
The employee at this location was able to pull up the receipt and give me the info. She couldn’t print it so I did have to return to the original location to get the copy printed but with the info this employee pulled up I got it within minutes at the original location.... read full review
