Great establishment. Elsa R is a gem. She is perfect at listening to your issues and advising on the appropriate course of action. I really enjoy my appointments with her. She is very knowledgeable.

Life Therapies has certainly enhanced my quality of life with the treatments that I have received from both Tamara and Elliot. Tamara's physiotherapy treatments were very specific to isolate my injury and she quickly helped me understand what was wrong and how she was going to get me back to health. I'm very thankful that Elliot introduced me to Osteopathy and even moreso with the benefits his regularly scheduled treatments provide me. He has also performed sessions on our infant and now toddler resulting in a noticeably positive difference. Lastly, the other practitioners and their office staff are extremely professional, warm and attentive to their clients which provides a welcoming environment to new and regular clients. I highly recommend this business!

It was really awesome to finally meet a solid team to help me out when I am in need and to refer my clients. The staff is really friendly and caring. They have private rooms and take the time to fully understand what type of treatments you need. Burke Cleland Personal Trainer
