Denis also replied back in a timely manner to all my texts and emails that I sent. Denis is a different contractor. He really cares about his clients and goes the extra mile. “For hydroseed they provided the best price when I was getting quotes. They have been very responsive to responding to phone calls and emails and when I notified them that I was ready they show up same day to spray. Unfortunately my landscaper made promises for when the grading would be ready and a NCI crew came out after a very long day for them but were not able to apply anything because it was not ready. The following application day the crew ran out of material because I underestimated the area (landscapers did more than they were supposed to) and had to return. Although the new invoice was revised to include this new amount they did not charge additional travel time and I am outside of the City. Very please working with Craig and their crew.“

“We used the mosquito defense service this year and it absolutely works! We live in an area where mosquitos are very problematic and you are unable to enjoy the outdoors especially in the evening. After having the property sprayed as per the agreement we were able to enjoy our property using the hot tub and pool even during the evening and night. The staff are very attentive to any concerns you may have and when a heavy rain occurred after our property was sprayed and we noticed mosquitos they quickly came back and re-sprayed with no questions asked and no extra charge. We are very satisfied with the service!“

Applied a good layer of soil and fitted the turf expertly. They cleaned up the site thoroughly and set up the watering plan. Now we are hoping that the weather also works in our favour.
