That is why we have a healthy eating component in our top-notch, customer-centred services. You will have an opportunity to work one-on-one, with a certified Healthy Eating Coach. We also do group talks on Healthy Living (virtual or in person). Relaxation is essential for overall health. For that reason La Tropiqua offers professional massages, facials, pedicures, manicures as part of our spa retreats and mobile spa services for groups (spa services for individuals are provided onsite at our Bank location).
