This is the second time using the services of KG Plumbing. This particular job entailed a back water valve being installed below the basement concrete floor. Kevin responded very quickly with a detailed price quote and also welcomed a phone call to offer valuable advise around my basement specific requirements. The work was scheduled within a short time frame and he arrived on time to complete the job. Kevin is extremely skilled, very professional, personable and polite to work with. The work was priced fairly. For any future needs, KG Plumbing is the only company I would call.

Early in June, we had an apparent blockage in our basement utility sink while doing laundry. We tried unsuccessfully to clear it. We called Kevin at KG Plumbing. He came quickly and found that a 2”drain pipe was blocked with years of corrosion and there was a problem with the main drain under the basement floor. Kevin Jack hammered the concrete and replaced the pipe. It was a dirty and noisy job but is all in good order now. Excellent work and clean up! Kevin is not only competent but went out of his way to get us up and running as soon as possible. We have happily setup to get him in to make other plumbing changes which are not emergencies. We could not be happier with our experience with KG plumbing! Kevin was responsive, knowledgeable and fit us in quickly (and on a weekend!) While working, he was professional and polite, and gave practical options for solutions. He worked quickly and neatly and his pricing was very reasonable. We would recommend him in a heartbeat and will definitely call him again for future plumbing needs!
