J.C. Robinson just completed the annual cleaning and inspection of my furnace and air conditioner. As usual I am very satisfied with the services of J.C. Robinson. The appointment was easy to schedule by phone, the technician was booked in for the following morning, arrived promptly and was pleasant and helpful. The cleaning and inspection was done efficiently and quickly. The entire process was professional and to my satisfaction.
The technician Kiril was thorough and clearly explained what he needed to do to investigate the issue (air cleaner not functioning) and the results of each which revealed no issues except a possibly faulty breaker.
My AC was not working and I called JC ROBINSON and MOE came the next day. It was actually the furnace blower that needed replacement. I have a furnace service contract with them and it covered all (2,000 part, 500 labor). Moe as usual was terrific , excellent service from JC. I have been their client for 20 years never disappointed
