My experience started off promising, I called to arrange a consult. My call was returned immediately and a date and time was set. I even called to confirm the day before the consultation because I am out of the city. I made arrangements to be home at our agreed upon meeting time. I received a call the morning of stating the contractors car stalled ..... (3 hours before our appointment). He told me he would get back to me to arrange another time to meet........ I’m still waiting for that call ( which was in mid May). I get it, I’m also a business owner, I know it is a busy season. But a simple return call would have been appreciated.

Hired Horizon fence back in March to install a new fence. Work was scheduled to commence the second week of July and they collected a 50% deposit. Work started 5 weeks late and I was given excuse after excuse every week for the delay. When they finally did start, posts were installed in incorrect locations. When I asked that they correct that, the owner quit the job leaving a mess of dirt and rock behind. Very unreliable and unprofessional! Pay a little more and get it done right the first time
