We renovated our the basement in our Ottawa home. The renovators at Ottawa Home Pros were clean, fast and professional. My husband and I are very please with the work from start to finish.
I was quickly impressed by how easy they made the process. I hate drama and this did not add any in my life. They came in, listed all options and allowed me to choose exactly what I wanted. Where special attention was needed they advised and gave me recommendations that made sense. I would definitely recommend to my friends and will use them again in the future.
We hired ESM to install a fence along one side of our property line. Overall quality of the work was mediocre and the experience with the contractor was difficult at times. After the contract was signed it took about four weeks for work to start and total construction time took about 2 weeks. ESM had to take out a fair amount of roots and buried construction materials that were left there by the previous owner but didn't bother to fill it back in a grade it before constructing the fence a few inches below the rest of our backyard.
