The most important thing besides the caregiver’s skills is making sure there is a good match on a personal level. My father’s caregiver is kind, experienced and very skilled. Every staff member we have worked with is compassionate and helpful and communication has been very clear. The updates from the caregiver on the portal after each visit are reassuring and helpful.
