“Attention Curly Girls: Visited Bay Street Salon & Spa, in Embrun, today for a cut with Dawn; was seeking correction for a bad curly Bob cut, and was so impressed with Dawn's knowledge and confidence in cutting my hair! She studied and worked on my hair dry first, then washed and styled and corrected some more. I couldn't be happier with the results! Also, the salon has a relaxing ambience -- the music wasn't too loud for example. I highly recommend Dawn!“

“Went for consult / test patch. Facility was very clean. Technician extremely knowledgeable. Was very honest about what to expect in terms of hair reduction. Will update with results.

Update: Had full Brazilian completed. It hurt, but was bearable. Very red for 1 week then the next 2 weeks it seemed like the hair was growing back but it was just my body shedding the hair follicles. 4 weeks post and I am very smooth. Some hairs have regrown but very minimal.
I wish I had done this sooner, the results are amazing! Considering how much I spend in a year waxing, its more upfront but the results are so worth it!“

She began the session with a clear explanation of how the hair molecules work and what to expect with the next sessions. She then began sanitizing all equipment before use. Coming into the appointment, I was ready for a painful experience, however, in my opinion it was much less painful than waxing. Every experience so far that I've had with Silde, she's had a very warm and professional approach, making an overall comfortable experience.“
