Gorgeous Brows and Lashes

10 out of 10 would recommend. This little shop was located in Walmart. I was driving through Ottawa and was looking for a threading place that would be opened longer hours! When I called she was polite and professional. The young lady the received me at the front desk was friendly and inviting. She listened intently on what I wanted and she definitely delivered. I love my brows, thank you so much! Will be back every time I’m driving through town!!

I got a lash lift and dark brown eyelash tint. The colour is a 5/5. The lift is a 4/5, reason being I expected more lift and symmetry. Last time/the first time I had my lashes lifted it was via Iconsign’s lash lift kit and the result was perfect. Service was a 4/5, reason being I was taken in later than my appointment time.

I was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service provided by Dharmishtha! She demonstrated utmost dedication and maintained impeccable hygiene standards; used gloves throughout the service, which I truly appreciated.

My only suggestion for the salon would be to consider adding gowns to your amenities to further enhance the customer experience.
