We had our kitchen cabinets and draws refaced a few years ago. Everyone that saw the kitchen, just loved it. The only problem we had was with the edges of the microwave shelf, we sometimes would hit our heads on it. Last week I contacted Futuric Kitchens to see if they could round the edges of the shelf. I was passed on to Mike who set up a date and time to come and take a look. He said there was no problem and removed the shelf and took it with him. Only to return a few days later to replace it. From the time Michael came to give me a quote which he gave me on the spot , visiting their showroom to pick a cupboard door and quartz countertop that they assisted me with, the installation by Guy their installer who has to be the best ever in his trade, everything ran smoothly and the completion date was exactly on time as given to me. They were always available to answer my questions. The entire process from beginning to end was professional and a very positive experience.
