“Did an eye exam and ordered two pairs of glasses so far, and it has been a lovely experience. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, and it feels like they genuinely care about you. I came back months after my first pair for my second and one of the staff remembered me right away. Several staff members helped me decide on styles when I was indecisive, and I never felt pressured to pay for extras or like they were trying to upsell me. Highly recommend!“

Sales staff gets 10 ⭐️ out of 10The con: the touch screen they have to view product info and take your customer info at the time of sale or shipping is four feet tall and faces towards the inside of the store, allowing everyone to see your personal info if you choose to have a pair of glasses shipped to your home. NOT IDEAL from a privacy/steal your identity POV. Touchscreen keyboard is also in need of adjustment/calibration as I had to try multiple times to enter my personal info due to typos.Hence the 4 out of 5 rating. Perhaps if the Luxxotica spent a little more on infrastructure the rating would 5 out 5 ⭐️?“
