Mensan examined my dress and told me he could make it work, just a few days before the wedding, I came in for my fitting. The dress fit like a glove and he even fixed up an area on the dress that needed to be covered by lace. He worked his MAGIC. “I sent two feather and one alpaca duvet here for a cleaning. I got the two feather duvets back with an explanation that the alpaca duvet had been damaged beyond use and I would be compensated. I thought I’d be in a real fight to get anything close to the value of the duvet ($800) as compensation. However, within 2 days of submitting the receipt for the duvet, they called and offered me the maximum outlined in the fair compensation guide for fabrics, an honest explanation of what happened and a sincere apology. Excellent customer service - will definitely continue to go to Browns.“

Woman at the front desk was on a personal FaceTime call when I went to pick up the jacket.They charged $57, for express service which seems a bit high, but I needed it cleaned next day. Owners are very friendly though, so I obliged.Website says they’re closed Saturday/Sunday, so I was a little confused why my pickup time was for Saturday.Overall, it’s fine. But in the future I’ll look to see if another dry cleaner has better prices.“
