Nitin and his crew replaced our old AC with the great quality new AC at the very short notice. Nitin is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly! First he figured out what our needs were, explained to us different options, their pros and cons, and that allowed us to make a right decision so we are very happy! Used their services to install a new AC and a gas line for stove. The journey from getting a quote to installation, the process was very smooth and transparent.
I was given a everything included quote right in the beginning and there were not hidden fees. They arrived and installed the services on the promised date and time. Walked me through the maintenance practices to ensure longevity of the products.
Will recommend to others and use their services in the future, if need be.
Just Wow! The Service was incredible! They called in the AM to ensure the present heater was gas. I was walking my dog so said that I thought so but would have to get home to check. The Technician came within 10 minutes to check. My appointment was from 1-6 PM sometime. He came back early, and the new water heater was installed by 2:30 and everything was clean and tidy! Even my German Shepherd loved them!
