The good: Al and the team at Donnelly Fleet took excellent care of my vehicle after a collision. They not only fixed my car, but they also made sure I understood the insurance process and kept me up to date with our timelines and approvals.
The great: They had great attention to detail and even helped me out when I left and came back with a silly question. They even vacuumed my car! Which was so kind!
The understandable: It did take about 5 business days longer than anticipated to fix the vehicle but that’s because one of my parts was back ordered. Not much any of us could have done in that situation and they were really transparent about it.

WOW! The service, the efficiency and the kindness were second to none. It makes me want to move to Ottawa. They gerry-rigged my front bumper immediately, having run into a high curb while parking, so I could return to Toronto. And then were more than kind in the charges. I recommend Donnelly Collision Centre wholehearted. My agent was Daniel Rosefort, who went above and beyond. Totally thrilled!

They stand by their work. Rust started appearing on a panel they did in 2021. They honored their lifetime warranty, no questions asked. Even covered the costs of a loaner vehicle while my car was there for 3 days. Amazing service.
