Impeccable service! We were very satisfied with the inspection he did on a property. It explains absolutely everything! He looks at everything, even into the attic! It saved us from a shopping nightmare!Very professional service!I highly recommend it!

Jacques Dagenais is a true professional.We needed a home inspector with short notice. Mr. Dagenais was able to squeeze us in a busy schedule and inspect the home for us. He was early to our appointment.At the inspection, Mr. Dagenais showed us, in great detail, and explained in layman's terms everything the house has and needs, with a great sense of humour.We received our inspection report well on time and it detailed everything we discussed.Overall I highly recommend Jacques Dagenais and will employ his services next time I need a house inspection.

Jacques arrived early for the inspection and started before I had even arrived! He let me follow him around and ask questions throughout. He explained everything and would throw in some humour as well! He sent a very detailed inspection report and has very reasonable prices! Overall great inspector and would use him in the future.
