I am very happy w/ my experience at Carstar from beginning to end. Cathlyn is your first point of contact when you enter. Very friendly, helpful and on the ball. Ken was very helpful and great communication from beginning to end. I am very happy w/ the repair, and bonus, my Seltos came out cleaner than when I brought it in. I walked in with zero knowledge about cars. I got some amazing information. It was an honest conversation and I truly appreciate the staff. Also , quality is top notch and I was communicated through emails and phone conversations, great pleasant experience . Kudos to management for the amazing processes.

Overall, not a bad experience.On the positive side, their customer service in person was great, they had commented a few times that they are running behind, but they were very calm.I have to agree with the other reviews on here, the delay in getting my car back was a bit too long, considering I had booked a time to drop it off. I needed the front bumper replaced, and it took about 6 weeks for the appointment because they were backed up. I can understand there being delays, but perhaps delaying the drop off to minimize the time without a car would make more customers happy - I was without my car for 10 days.I did have to call several times for updates on my car, and I... read full review
