Now this is true customer service. I reached out to Cadieux Interiors after searching for a specific reclining chair from Sweden for which I need a replacement part. Rob kindly replied within a day via email to help out. After explaining that I was on the west coast and that we did not purchase the chair from Cadieux, Rob was more than happy to help us anyway. Rob asked their Canadian manufacturing rep to contact us and he did within a few moments. Thank you so much for your help Rob! RobH, Victoria BC.
