Our 2 cats, Maple and Freya, came back smelling great and beautiful. I dont know how they did it but they did an amazing job. I could never trim Maples nails while she is awake but they did it and in record time. When we brought them home, i could even feel that they are better tempered than before especially Maple. If I could give a higher rating than 5 I totally would. The staff are also very very helpful by answering questions I had about brushes.
Mariela always does such a terrific job on my golden doodle. He is in and out in an hour and a half, which is amazing compared to his last groomer that would take 3+ hours. He is sensitive to strangers and being handled, but Mariela is always able to get the job done and praises his behavior after his appointments.
It was our first time coming to this place and this cuties first groom ever! As usual, he had the crazy (but normal) golden long hair in his ears, tail, arms/paws, pretty much everywhere. No matter how much we did it ourselves, he needed a serious cut. Came across this place and I’m glad I did. He got the full groom and they did such a good job. I put a before and after picture of Charlie and you can see the difference! We will definitely be coming back.
