My wife had an ultrasound. Called after two weeks because her family physician didn't get the report and the receptionist was very rude and said that the radiologist is running behind and she doesn't have any timeline. it could take weeks, months she doesn't know. Very unprofessional, lack of empathy, and very poor customer service. I advise everyone to ask about the time frame for report before booking an appointment.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The appointment I made was 1h before I got there because that was there next available.When I got there the lady in the front told me you have to start getting your own masks I’m running out, it was my first time going there and I left the doctors to go there and she gave a lot of people masks but I only was commented on. When checking in she told me I have no health card available on your file and I told her I would provide it on the phone even though I have her my valid drivers license, expired health card and my new health card number via phone as it didn’t come in yet. I went for pelvis region ultrasound and despite many attempts to lay down "correctly", the technician (une dame mignone, qui parle aussi en francais, blonde et de petite taille) reported that she could not run the test because I was not in the right position. Indeed, I'm 56 and obese and this should not discourage her from actually doing her job. Why did I feel so humiliated by her? Today, my friend who is 49, slimmer than me, received the same comment made by the same technician. Is this normal-the useless tests? Should we all go to another centre? At reception the three persons are kind and competent but this tech... a bit racist.
