i do not recommend this company. i bought snow tires, I had rims without tires so the installed them on my rims. balanced them. I asked if they could install them later when the weather was cooler. i was told yes I asked if the price included install on the vehicle the adviser said yes and wrote it on the bill. when I returned to have thetires installed they want more money to install them on the car when the receipt is marked paid & sign. they insist on more money. the guy was rude with zero customer service. NEVER do busiess with this company. the guy is very disrespectful to me as a women.

Without an appointment, I visited the Metcalfe location today because one of my tires has been leaking air. They were already really busy, but Mario and his team were fantastic and happy to help me. They’re honest, well-priced, super friendly and helpful. I trusted Mario’s advice and appreciated his honesty. I found them by searching Google, since businesses closer to me were not open today and I am so glad I did! Sometimes things happen for a reason and this is definitely one of those times. Thanks, guys!

Went for a safety yesterday on my 06 elentra gt , was served by Rico , great service will for sure come back Rico was very friendly and Explained everything he did on the car thank you Rico
