I’ve been seeing Dr. Greg Payne for some time now, and I can confidently say that he has completely changed my perception of chiropractic care. From my very first visit, I was impressed by his positive attitude and the welcoming atmosphere of the office. I saw the sign and knew it was time. I am so glad I went in. Dr. Payne and his team are professional in every way and the treatment received so far has been very thorough. Before treatment I had migraines 3 or 4 times a month, each one lasting 2-3 days. I hesitate to say that I am cured, but I cannot remember the last time I had a migraine and the ever-present tension in my shoulders and upper back is now a distant memory. As well as corrections, I received traction in office and exercises for home that have allowed me to become more aware of my posture and self-correct when needed. I came in with the simple hope of experiencing any improvement to my lower back and neck which were in constant pain.Within just a few visits with dr. Payne, my neck pain diminished substantially. My lower back improved soon after and I was able to walk and sleep better. My constant pain turned into more of a dull discomfort and is still improving with every ajustement and traction session.I couldn't recommend this place any more - I've seldom met a doctor who seems so genuinely invested in his client's quality of life.
