“Lovely staff and comforting space. I had one of my pet rats euthanized here in January, and the other passed at home and was cremated in May. It's a bit pricey, but I think that's to be expected of a veterinary service anyway. The only reason it loses one star for me is because the first time I had one of my girls cremated, they said ink pawprints would be included and when I got home they weren't in the bag. I was absolutely devastated at first, but then called, and they said they had the pawprints, but I had to come pick them up. The second time I was there, I had to ask them to check that the pawprints were in the bag, and when they looked, the pawprints were not in there and they had to go and grab them. Both of the times this ordeal happened, I found it to be quite upsetting, especially because I was picking up the remains of my beloved pets.I think as a business they deserve five stars but for my personal experience it's only four.
