Jacob (the owner), his wife and his staff are super friendly and helpful.We moved into a new house, Jacob came by to look at the layout, did an entire interior design for us with various choices of couch, beds, etc.It's worth the wait (Italian furniture takes a long time to get here), and the quality is top notch - lasts forever.We had issues with our glass coffee table (a manufacturing defect) and Jacob replaced it until it was just right - without complains.That, is customer service at top-end furniture store.

I booked an appointment to go try their Herman Miller office chairs and the sales representative, who is also the owner (Jacob), was super helpful. He told me everything I needed to know about these chairs, and he has sold them for a long time so he was very knowledgeable. Even after letting him know that I was looking to buy second hand, he told me to go for it, as the current supply chains of Herman Miller are back order 9+ months. I would recommend this store any day and will come back anytime for interior design furniture!

We have been longtime customers at Alteriors and they never fail to please. Authentic, original, amazing pieces. Completely customizable for whatever space you are creating. Today's trip, was to build out a dream bedroom for our new home. Our new bed is spectacular! Gorgeous textures, beautiful fabrics, leather - so many options, beautifully narrowed down by the amazing team.Mark is great to deal with. Excellent follow-through and professional. He is patient, kind, creative and so helpful. He really listened and helped us design the perfect room.Incredible service and spectacular pieces.
