I had an amazing experience with Window Bars Inc. I was locked out of my safe after losing both the keys and the code. I brought it into their shop, and the gentleman there patiently picked the lock, opened it for me, replaced the batteries, and even helped me set up a new code. To my surprise, he refused to charge me anything, saying it wasn’t much work.
That level of honesty, generosity, and professionalism is very rare these days. From my first phone call to email communication and then in person, their customer service was excellent to say the least, polite, responsive, and sincere throughout.

One word: Outstanding.
The combination on my carry on got locked for some reason.
I called Window Bars locksmith and the person on the phone asked me to bring the suitcase over and said he does these regularly.
The man opened the lock and reset it to the old combination in a few minutes.
And they did not charge me for it even after I insisted that he quote an amount for the services.
A pretty big locksmith shop with all security locks, remotes, key cutting etc. And I think they even offer mobile services because I saw a truck with their name and logo in the parking which is behind the shop.
