Valliancourt is a reliable and wonderful company to deal with. I had a problem with my leaky valve connected to the water main. Valliancourt assisted me to arrange with the city water department to have the main valve shut off/turn on plus arrangement to change the defective water box on my lawn (big job!). They know the entire process very well and save me much time to make arrange with the city re available time and sources allotment. The staffs from Valliancourt are courteous and helpful. Phone call were pickup and return promptly. Trevor is a professional gentleman who knows his trade very well and very polite to work with me, that make my highly anxious event much easier to live with. Valliancourt is highly recommended. I would call them for all my future plumbing issues.
We had a leak in our furnace room yesterday. Vaillancourt Plumbling were at our house this morning and resolved the issue in no time. Trevor was our technician and he was a total pro. He even gave me some helpful tips to prevent future issues. Will use their services again in the future and will be recommending them to friends and family.
The technicians were professional, quick, followed safe Covid protocols and cleaned up as they went. Any furniture moved to access their work was returned back in place. Answered all questions and offered tips to prevent reoccurance. Followup after was appreciated.
