It's the little things that matter. I've used Tranquility for 10 years now, ever since our furnace and ac were installed. Everytime I book a service appointment, they are always on time and get the job done correctly the first time. And today's emergency booking was done very quickly and in the same day. Fortunately it wasn't too serious an electrical switch failure. But Scott had it replaced quickly and we are back in service on one of the hottest days of the year. As for price, they are fair for the quality work performed.

Tranquility Home Comfort installed all the equipment in our new home. Which included the furnace, A/C, H.R.V.S. Humidifier Fireplace and all the duct work. Cody, Eric, Josh, Johnny and Jay. This is my second time using this company to install ACs. My first installation was roughly around 7 yrs ago and I couldnt be happier with their service. Hence, I use their service again on the second time around. Besides using them for installation, I also annually use them for regular maintenance of HVAC and AC. I have never had any issues with their system, and that says a lot, in terms of their quality! My neighbour's AC for instance, makes a lot of noise during really hot temperature.
